In my last blog, I mentioned that regenerative medicine mainly stands on four major pillars – Diagnosis, Detoxification, Repair, and Rejuvenation to get rid of or prevent any chronic diseases. In this blog, I will explain why Diagnosis is so important in regenerative practice and how it differs from conventional practice to some extent. For every health journey, the first vital step is an accurate diagnosis of a disease. In conventional medicine, doctors perform different kinds of laboratory and imaging tests to diagnose a disease. Most of cases they send only disease-specific investigations and as a result, the original cause of the disease remains hidden. But in advanced medical science, researchers found that an illness cannot be fully cured without treating the original cause of the disease and its progression cannot be stopped as well. Following that concept, regenerative medicine has invented some highly sophisticated, noninvasive, and comprehensive diagnostic devices to identify the real cause of a disease. Current science believes that to administer the exact treatment, it is essential to carry out an in-depth diagnosis and assessment. Regenerative-based diagnosis can reveal how exactly your vital organs are functioning, whether your body cells are healthy or not, what is your nutritional status and then finally how much you are exposed to a disease or what is your current disease status. They can also detect the risk and associated factors of individualized disease so that patients can be treated without any further recurrence or complications. Through regenerative diagnosis, we can understand your internal homeostasis or disruption. The goal of this kind of advanced molecular diagnosis is not only to treat disease conditions but also to prevent being a diseased person. All over the world, doctors and scientists are now focusing on this pattern of molecular diagnosis to maintain a healthy population that will cut the disease burden on this earth in the near future.
